Human Capital Intern

Human Capital Intern 12-month contract

 

This position is designated for people who lives with a disability.

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following performance areas:

 KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

 

 

  • Timekeeping
  • Capturing missing clocking’s
  • Printing clock cards monthly
  • Email attendance registers daily to agencies.
  • Handling all agency queries
  • Leave administration.
  • Capturing of leave forms on the VIP system before payroll run
  • Verification of clock cards against leave forms
  • Filing
  • Filing of all HR related documents: leave forms, increase letters
  • Recruitment
  • Distributing of vacancy advertisements
  • Preparing copies for interview packs
  • Telephonic References
  • Ad hoc
  • Human Resource related queries and administrative assistance to HR Team

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • University degree or equivalent qualification
  • Must be unemployed.
  • Computer literate
  • Attention to detail.
  • Team orientated.
  • Client focus/ Service orientation
  • Problem solving ability.
