I just wanted to send a heartfelt thank you to the incredible staff at the urology hospital.
Over the past 6 months, I’ve been admitted five times, and every single admission has been met with kindness, compassion, and genuine care. It makes such a difference during difficult and stressful times.
A very special thank you to Dr Potgieter for his exceptional care and truly unbelievable bedside manner. Your kindness, patience, and the way you treat your patients do not go unnoticed.
I would also like to compliment Sr Rose from Ward G and Sr Jane from Ward A for the wonderful care, compassion, and support they provide. Their kindness and professionalism have made a significant difference during my admissions.
And lastly, thank you to the lovely ladies who serve my meals. The fact that the nursing and catering staff remember me each time I return and continue to treat me with such warmth and care means more than I can express.
You all make a very difficult experience so much easier, and I’m incredibly grateful.
