Dear Matron Wilma I was admitted to your facility for a day procedure, on the 26th of September. I would just like to compliment the nursing staff in Ward B. Sr De La Rouver and student nurse K. Tlhagale (I hope the spelling is correct). The ward seemed rather busy on the day, but your nurses were patient; and you could just see how much they love and respect their jobs. This was my second visit, and honestly speaking I had hoped never to be admitted there again because of my previous experience (Old Day ward). Please pass my greetings to the two ladies, and encourage them to treat every patient with the same care. You are blessed to have them on your team. P.S They do not know that I am a nurse.
