The above position will report to the Chief Executive Officer and will be responsible for the
following:
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Network marketing and interaction with clinical specialists
- Manage the Stakeholder Relations, through building new, liaising and maintaining existing
network relations - Event co-ordination for the company
- Build and advance Brand management of the company through proactively developing
marketing plans and initiatives to achieve Business Plan / Strategies - Promote the image of the hospital through various media initiatives
- Webpage design, promotion and maintenance
- Formulate and implement a marketing strategy and mitigate any potential reputational risk
to the company - Handle and manage interaction with all forms of Media
- Evaluate and measure return on investment spent on marketing initiatives
REQUIREMENTS:
- Tertiary qualification in marketing is a pre-requisite
- 5 Years + previous experience in a similar position
- Media exposure
- Healthcare experience essential, private hospital in particular
- Sound judgement and pro-active approach to problem solving and decision making
- Advanced oral and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to work under pressure
- Assertiveness and attention to detail
- Sound interpersonal relations and client focused

- Prepared to work as part of a team within an existing framework
- Business / Financial acumen / Excel
- Market Analysis
- Sound Social network sills and insight
- Well-developed organisational skills
