CLINICAL FACILITATOR – WARDS

The above position will report to the Nursing Executive and will be responsible for the following areas:

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

•   Deliver a high standard of quality service to the customers
•   Accuracy and integrity working with other staff members
•   Training of ward personnel
•   Identify training shortcomings and implement solutions
•   Promote and carry out the image of the hospital in a professional manner
•   Continuous Professional development and Training of all staff
•   Keeping abreast with developments in relevant technology and optimal utilisation thereof

REQUIREMENTS:

•   Registered with SANC as Professional Nurse
•   Nursing Diploma in Education
•   5 Years’ experience in a similar position
•   Private Hospital experience will serve as recommendation

COMPLIMENTARY SKILLS

•    Prepared to work as part of a team within an existing framework
•    Must be able to work full days and overtime as required by Management
•    Strong leadership skills
•    An ability to work under high pressure
•    Urology Nursing experience would be an advantage

• Complete a Travel History form
• Undergo temperature screening

Should any of the following signs or symptoms be found, you will be requested to go home, self-isolate and contact the centralised helpline on 0800 029 999:
• Flu-like symptoms (sore throat, cough or chills)
• Fever of 37.8 or above

NB: Please notify the person doing your Travel History if you’re:
• Over 70
• Have any underlying health conditions
• Are pregnant
